Italian Food

Yesterday inspired me to try another new food
Trip #2 to international food market
This trip was much shorter because I spent so much time walking around yesterday that I was more familiar with the store and had seen so many things yesterday that I wanted to try!
I got Tiramisu from the bakery and "il Burchino" imported white Italian wine.
My husband and I took our Italian treat out to the balcony and enjoyed our own piece of Tiramisu and glass of wine. The Tiramisu was, I'm sorry to say, not what I expected. The powdery stuff on top was extremely bitter and over-powering, but I brushed it off and enjoyed the rest of the cake. (Will try this one again because I do not think this is what it's supposed to taste like). The wine however was FABULOUS. :-) It was very light and fruity, did not have a strong after taste and was like an explosion of yumminess in my mouth! It was very nice to spend some time on the patio sharing a sweet with my sweetie.....
